What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine, also known as virtual healthcare, is a new method of delivering primary and preventative care, behavioral health, and non-emergency medical care using secure, on-line video. Virtual healthcare improves patient access to providers, enables convenience, and promotes safety while facilitating timely in clinic visits for those that need to be seen face to face. Any eligible patient can schedule an appointment @ ELMM Telemedicine Appointments or by calling us @ (360)399-7732. After receiving a phone or email confirmation and directions on how to connect online you may then visit your ELMM Telemedicine Provider on your mobile device or desktop computer.

Most WA State insurance plans are accepted.
For those without insurance or uncovered benefit plans the cash pay fee is $75.

New patients may be contacted approximately 30 minutes prior to their Telemedicine visit to confirm payment method
Payments may be made over the phone or within the on-line ELMM Clinic Patient Portal via credit or debit card.
(New and established patients will receive confirmation phone instructions or emails with directions to access their telemedicine appointment)
Limited to ages 18 and over.
Patients must be present in WA State at the time of their appointment.
